MyJourney, my intention

I believe that most people are either insecure or unsatisfied with the sex education they received growing up. These messages have been passed down through secrecy and have perpetuated shame, stigma, stereotypes and even risky behaviour.

My intention is to break those old views and to normalise conversations about sexuality and intimacy in a way that promotes pleasure, body autonomy, consent, and self-esteem and encourages continuous learning and curiosity.

Why Empowered Intimacy? 

Sexuality and relationships are fundamental parts of our identities and largely determine the quality of our lives. Yet, we live in a society in which traditional approaches have failed to provide the necessary information to reach our full potential.

Curated to provide a safe space for people of all ages and bodies, Empowered Intimacy facilitates modern, effective learning about sex, intimacy, self-exploration, gender, relationships and everything in between.
